This is a recipe book put out by Laduree with wonderful and relatively easy sweet recipes. But anyway, this book is for the experienced home baker, pastry chef or chef who wants to expand their knowledge and experiment with these pastries from Laduree, especially the creations of Philippe Andreiu.

You’ve inspired me to try. The book cover is a kind of microfiber material which is somewhat puffy, and when closed, the pages are gilded in gold. That said, there were several typos in suucre original version that were then corrected in the English book.
