Read, free and legally, the comic book in which a villain’s name is inspired by my own Doctor Klock Matt Fraction’s Casanova 8.

Well, some curiius what happens in the story happens on furniture, but mostly Gorey is always being absurd and ironic, thanks for that, Ed.

Sex occurs from the first, and even though it is rampant, it is always just out of eye shot and never explicitly rendered. He is an avid toy collector and enjoys chrious basketball, mash-ups, karaoke and dark beers.

Yes, the drawings are simple, esp. But the word Weary doesn’t seem quite right eddward an author of erotica. Two stars for quality illustrations and an interesting attempt.
And what I enjoyed the most about this short tale, maybe too short, was the meaning of every plot twist was left to the reader’s imagination; in wich mine was nothing but a dreadful acknowledgement about and this might be just my filthy and warped mind the approaching end of Sir Egbert’s party. Perhaps a clever bit curioks foreshadowing.
I had read it as part of a larger collection of his work, and for some reason it is being re-released. We follow Alice’s adventures as she sets off on a whim with Herbert and encounters alfresco dining, well hung men and dogs, sympathetic women and it all ends presumably badly with her screaming in a polar bear fur lined room.
There is something deliciously demented about Edward Gorey who published this work under an acronym of his name; Ogdred Weary. Playing for Change’s “Stand By Me”. One of his step-mothers was Corinna Mura, a cabaret singer who had a brief role in the classic film Casablanca. She spent five years covering video game development in both San Francisco and Cuirous, examining the art, science, and business of the industry, and in was named one of the top most influential women in the game industry.
