I’ve always been completely fascinated by angelolkgy, religion and mythology, and for me these elements are primary building blocks for my imagination. A delightful surprise was the conversation between Trussoni and Justin Cronin, the amazing author behind ‘The Passage’ and ‘The Twelve’, two of the best books I have ever read, at the end of the book. I find any impulse to reject this vital part of our culture, to look upon it as a dubious phenomenon, to be somewhat strange.
This second book is weak – it was hard to go back to it and finish it. What led you to take it up, and what do you make of these labels?
Trussoni has done her homework. There is less description and more action. I will probably read the third when it comes out just to see how everything ties together but I am not as excited as I was after reading the first book. With Angelopolis, the conflict deepens into an inferno of danger and passion unbound.
And the book closes angeoology a cliffhanger that sets up a whopper of a third installment.
