I looked at their website and brivk saw a bunch of fluff. Yes, they are a hosted solution, or if you want you can keep it all in house also as they have an option for that too. All locations are centrally managed at one loctaion, all have internet.

EVen though the monthly fees are higher than Brivo, it would cost less to use I-ACS than anything else over the course of a few years. Brivo is a hosted system that uses IP readers and controllers.
